Machine model: two 48kw, one 180kw, one 360kw

Usage: Brewing, solid heating and other experiments

 Plan: Two 48kw customers are conducting brewing (beer and liquor) experiments, heating 160L water and disinfecting nine fermentation tanks. 180kw and 360kw are used for brewing experiments to make distiller’s yeast

On-site problem: A 48kw machine has been used for seven years. It is used once a month for more than ten hours at a time. The circuit of the machine is seriously aging. The service life has been informed. It is recommended to replace it in time.

A 48kw unit is used once a week for about 3-4 hours at a time. The glass tube is broken and one of the heating tubes is burnt. Currently only one can work. The customer has been informed.

One of the 180kw air conditioners burned out and the customer has been notified

There is no problem with 360kw. 180kw and 360kw are not used much at present.

 solution:

1) The 16-year-old 48kw has informed customers that the machine has a lifespan of eight years, and it is recommended that it be terminated next year, otherwise there will be safety hazards

2) The 48kw glass tube purchased in 2018 is broken. It has been replaced for free after the sale. It is also recommended to replace the 24kw heating tube that is broken on one side.

3) For 180kw, it is recommended to replace the broken circuit breaker.
